GLS Direct delivery
The parcel is delivered to the address provided by the sender or the recipient when placing the order.
This can be:a home address,a business address,another selected address,a third-party address.
How does GLS Direct delivery work?

1. The sender hands over the parcel
The sender prepares the shipment and hands it over to GLS. Once we collect the parcel, you can start tracking its journey. -
2. The parcel travels through the GLS network
The shipment is sorted and transported to the delivery area that serves your address. -
3. You receive a notification
Before delivery, GLS may notify you via: the GLS App, SMS, email, Viber message. Therefore, it is important that the correct contact details (mobile phone number and email address) are provided when placing the order. -
4. The courier delivers the parcel
The courier delivers the parcel to the selected address. After successful delivery, you will receive the status: Delivered and a short survey to rate your GLS experience The shipment has been successfully received.
What if I’m not at home?
If the contact details are correct, you may receive instructions for an alternative collection option or a delivery change. The following alternatives are available:

Delivery to a GLS Parcel Locker

Delivery to a GLS Parcel Shop

Delivery to a different address
-
Delivery on a different day
If the address is located near a GLS Parcel Locker and the recipient cannot be reached, GLS may place the parcel in a nearby Parcel Locker. The recipient will then receive the collection details.

When placing an order with the sender (if this option is available), you can choose direct delivery to a GLS Parcel Locker. Your parcel will be safely stored there until you collect it, with no need to wait for a courier.
How does delivery to Parcel Locker work?

How long will my parcel be stored?
Your parcel will be stored in the Parcel Locker for 3 days, in addition to the day it is placed in the locker. If the parcel is not collected within this period, it may be returned to the sender.
Delivery to a GLS Parcel shop
GLS Parcel Shops, such as PETROL, MOL, and Trafika 3DVA, are convenient collection points where you can pick up your shipment during the opening hours of the selected location.
