What is a plugin?
A plugin is a small programme that adds new features to your website without the need for development resources. Click&Ship is a plugin that allows you to connect shipping directly to your webshop with just a few clicks, without requiring developers or consulting hours.
What website systems (CMS) can it be used for?
Currently, you can connect our plugin to a webshop using Shopify or WooCommerce. We welcome all feedback and are continuously looking into which other CMS systems we should develop the plugin for in the future.
Does it cost extra to use Click & Ship?
No, it does not. Our plugin is free to use and you don't pay any more than you already do with your GLS agreement. This also means that you don't pay a fee per printed label, there are no set-up costs and no commitment period for the plugin.
Who should I contact if I experience challenges?
If you are experiencing challenges with setup or other IT related issues, please contact it@gls-denmark.com or write a message under "Support" on the Click&Ship site.

Can you see statistics on your parcels?
Yes, you can see your shipments per month, per country and compare creation methods.
Can my customers choose ParcelShop in the checkout?
The GLS plugin opens up many possibilities to give your customers a better shopping experience. The customer's ability to choose a ParcelShop is defined by the individual CMS system's rules and guidelines for what is possible in your checkout flow. This is independent of GLS and our solution, which is why we recommend that you contact your CMS provider to learn more about the possibilities.
