PointReturn

When a recipient wishes to return goods, the parcel, provided with a PointReturn label, can be dropped off at a GLS Parcel Shop or Parcel Locker in Europe*. GLS will then return the parcel to the sender.

The sender includes a PointReturn label with the shipment or sends a link by email allowing the recipient to create the label online. The recipient simply attaches the label to the parcel and drops it off at a GLS Parcel Shop or Parcel Locker of their choice in Europe.

If the recipient does not have access to a (working) printer, the parcel can alternatively be marked manually with the return address and a special PointReturn code and handed in at a GLS Parcel Shop in Europe.

Upon drop-off, the recipient receives proof of shipment including a QR code. This allows the parcel to be tracked anytime and anywhere via mobile phone. For the recipient, returning a parcel is free of charge. The sender only pays for the service if the parcel is actually returned.
