During the holiday season, GLS France joined forces with the French Red Cross: visibility offered on our B2C parcel tracking page for 3 million parcels, a “Christmas Boxes” operation with employees, and an exceptional donation of parcels worth €20,000. A concrete effort to support those most in need.
GLS took part in the 7th edition of the Course des Bacchantes in Toulouse, a charity event dedicated to raising awareness about screening and fundraising for the fight against prostate cancer.

Concerned about the well-being of our teams, we have introduced the Pulsations survey, which is sent out every quarter to give employees a voice. This allows everyone to share their feelings about their daily work, and the feedback helps us to better understand expectations, identify areas for attention, and guide our actions to improve our working environment step by step.
GLS France is committed to supporting employees in their personal and professional development. The training department has set up French literacy courses for those who wish to take part. Since the end of 2024, 17 employees, divided into four groups according to their level, have been attending classes once a week.
This has given them the opportunity to improve their understanding and expression of the French language and to adapt to their new working environment.
In order to raise public awareness of the importance of wearing seat belts, GLS France organized a dozen events on this topic. During these events, simulators equipped with a 360° rotation axis were used to reproduce the movements observed in real accidents.

Quality of Life and Working Conditions (QLWC)
Attentive to the well-being of our employees, we offer a QLWC program with individual and collective actions: addiction prevention day, webinars on sleep, nutrition, stress management, etc.
